A front office that made itself redundant
At a fresh-produce warehouse, two people spent all day dealing with drivers: asking for a reference, opening the door, calling an order picker to bring the right pallets to the dock, printing transport documents, getting them signed, scanned and linked to the order.
We replaced that with a self-service kiosk with a connected printer. The driver now handles everything himself — and the entire paper process runs 100% automatically.
